Karen Neufeld is a fully certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) at St. Michael's Daycare.
She has been teaching at the daycare centre since 1999. Karen began caring for children at the age of 11.
She has always naturally had a love and passion for being around children and seeing the world through their eyes.
Her strengths as an educator lie in exploring and creating fun art projects. She especially enjoys circle time,
as she loves hearing the voices of the children as they sing songs. Karen also enjoys reading the children stories.
Whether it is books from the library or felt board stories, she and the children always have a lot of fun.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her young son and family. She loves the sunshine and spending time outdoors. Her hobbies are going on family bike rides and long walks, photo scrapbooking, and capturing the beautiful moments in life.
