We believe that children are entitled to a healthy and supportive environment in which they can grow and learn through play. We also believe that each child is unique and special, with much to offer. We hope to bring out the best in each child as they develop during their time at our centre.
It is important to us that you and your child feel comfortable here at our centre. This is a partnership between your family and our centre, and as such we welcome feedback and appreciate suggestions on how to improve and maintain our centre.
Code of Conduct
Effective communication requires active listening, personal courtesy, honesty, sensitivity, responsiveness, friendliness, and respect. We expect this from both our staff and parents/guardians during any exchange of information related to our centre and the care we provide for your child.
All members of our daycare community have the right to be safe and feel safe, and are to be treated with respect and dignity regardless of race, creed, sexual orientation, disability, or any other ground protected by the Human Rights Code. All adults (staff and parents) have the responsibility to act as models of good behaviour.
